Our base Luxury Picnic Package is for those who want to enjoy one of our curated picnic settings with minimal customizations for any occasion. This package is available for a party as small as 2 up to 25 and more guests.

EVENT DESIGN & TABLESCAPES
Unlike our luxury picnic option, this package, features full event design created for your unique needs with endless possibilities. Let us transform your event into an unforgettable experience tailored just for you.
This package is for those who would prefer seating with tables and chairs. We will handle all design elements and vendor coordination. Perfect for any event, we'll design your table based on inspo pictures you may have gathered or theme of your choice. This package is fully customizable.
Don't have your own tables & chairs? No problem we can arrange them with one of our trusted vendors.
Custom Tablescape Packages Services offer design & coordinating elements. We'll add any and all customizations to your proposal you can think of. On the day of your event you will be stress free. Our team of will take care of all the design and decorating elements. You'll receive two package price point options based on your preferences to choose from. You'll also receive a design of the space with the layout of the floor plan and decor to approve prior to the event.

50% Deposit required to book
"A non-refundable $99 deposit is required to begin the event design service. This deposit will be applied to your final service total. Once your invoice is updated, 50% of the total amount is due.
Step 1: Place your deposit to secure your date to begin the design process.
Step 2: Fill out a booking form. Make sure to include all of details for your vision including inspo pictures & desired locations.
Step 3: You'll receive two package quotes. Once approved we'll finalizing planning out the day.

Want to picnic year-round? Our bubble & yurt tent comes heated for fall and winter! Imagine picnicking in a snowy landscape or a field of fallen leaves. Cold season events are redefined with this package.
Available in both picnic style and table height seating options!
Want to enjoy one of our curated picnic set ups in the fall and winter! Enjoy the uniqueness of our traditional picnics inside of our heated bubble tent or yurt tent.
